Progress in fighting spammers
In the recent weeks we worked very hard to get the problems with spammers and scammers under control and from what we can see, we should have made some big progress in this area. We hope you have seen an improvement with this issue as well.
We are committed to continuing this work and creating a spam free environment for our members to enjoy.
We appreciate your patience through this transition period and value your constructive feedback.
What's your opinion? Have you noticed a decrease in spam and scam messages?

ocguy05: Good job with the abatement of the spammers, still alot out there but far less than there used to be. I always report any I see. -
jacmeoff1: There has been a big difference in the amount of easily noticed bots/spammers/scammers. Now we just need to be vigilant against the non obvious ones, of which there are a lot of. -
Berkshirebob: I was a member a year ago and now I have come back for a one month stay and the difference is marked. Now, a lot less spam and scammers. There are still a lot of people on here that are timewasting and trying to use fake photos etc, but the actual scam contacts are a lot less than before. Well done to all who have done a top job, but keep it going!! -
