Family and health are important to me and I often spend time surrounded by my family and friends.
In school I loved learning about history and this passion is something I have continued to pursuit during my adult life. I enjoy long walks and cycling, with my perfect day being outside in the countryside or visiting a National Trust property or any other place that has an interesting history. This passion has taken me all over the UK visiting places I have read and learnt about.
I am an avid reader and one of my favourite authors is Christopher Hitchens. I also love architecture, history, self-improvement and fiction genres. I love listening to music with my favourite genre being country, classical and easy listening.
I enjoy watching movies and my favourite films are Smokey and the bandit, Bullitt, Dirty Harry, Towering inferno, Guns of Navarone, Kelly's Heroes and Gone in 60 Seconds.
I grew up around dogs and have a huge soft spot for them. I don’t currently own a dog but would love to adopt one in the future.
