They say best friends are true, reliable and stand tall

that they stab you in the front , not in the back

the way I see it, best friends don't stab you at all

we co exist with nameless faces

interact with these robotic figures

at work, at shops, socially, only on a basic basis

and if we're lucky enough, that unique self reflection

has a collision course, in rare cases

u subconsciously and intrinsically embrace this

going through the motions

wading, burning, day dreaming

materialistic gain revolves one would assume every other planet

add water, oxygen, suitable temperature and desires

its what fuels the fires that illuminate the solar system

hearing is simple

now to master,..... 'listen'

Spill it out on paper

Let it drip inside

Slide into my mind reader

Together we can divide time

You're your oneself

No one can duplicate

In a fog. An oblivion

Not even you can escape

I'm proud of you soldier

You're a diamond inside

Let time keep you, dice you up

And with me you can hide

Let the elements dilate you

Let them … with

You're a creature of habit

Just a creature of sin

I drown my sorrows

With my foot on the back of an infants neck

Tiny water filled lungs

Innocence lost in an instance

Tabloids paint a sordid picture

A life bound with pop rivets

A peaceful kick to the temple

Rising from an uncles late night bedroom visits

Moulded from a twisted thought

Was I contaminated at birth

Allow me to rise from these ashes

If so, will I contaminate the earth?
