Does a good tattoo make someone sexier, or doesn't it matter? I do find some tattoos look very nice, they compliment the persons body.

Always wanted to have a tattoo on my right arm when I was much younger, it is simply called The Trooper, but being a Blood Donor ruled it out, for medical reasons.

So are tattoos sexy, or does it have little effect on you?
