For everyone else, we all know that we are going to see family and "friends" that we would have preferred not to see but they showed up anyway. As my parents raised me, and I am sure we have all heard the mantra "if you don't have anything nice to say..." - yeah, that works until your idiot family member or moronic friend opens their mouth. Once they launch the first insult, have at it!
